The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is Canada's national police service, and studies have placed the RCMP Mountie among the top 10 most recognized symbols in the world.

The RCMP has evolved into a technologically advanced crime fighting organization. Their scope of operations has broadened to include combating terrorism, organized crime, economic crime and offences that threaten the integrity of Canada's national borders.

Storm was approached with the task of helping to revitalize the RCMP's imagery and identity to more accurately reflect the contemporary nature of the organization as global crime fighters.

One of the most challenging aspects of this assignment was the sheer number of stakeholders involved in the approval process for project. Our commitment to flat, responsive structure and deep understanding of the way that the federal government works allowed us to create the persona that the RCMP desired and gain approval and support for those changes across several government departments without incident. We are proud of the work we did with the RCMP and the way in which we supported our client through an approval process that could easily have been a huge challenge.
